Mostly code quality updates using shellcheck and some minor changes and bugfixes. Hopefully this is the last bugfix release before adding real new features.

After almost 2 years, I've finally released Fidian v1.3.1, now supporting Docker and coming with a menu driven dashboard, optional webinterface, easier configuration and a whole load of new helper scripts to make life easier.
